Returns

At Shopkit, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases.

You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos as proof.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Used products

  • Items without original packaging

  • Products damaged due to misuse

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, the order may already be processed for shipping.
